Wordino End User Terms

This is the End User Terms of the Wordino mobile application and accompanied website.

1. General

These Wordino End User Terms ("Terms") governs Wordino website, Wordino mobile application and related services ("Service") offered and operated by Babelsoft Oy, Ojahaanpolku 8 D55, FI 01600 Vantaa, Finland ("Wordino", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, undersood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. License

Wordino grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your login details or allow others to use your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment or a subscription.
• All payments inside mobile application are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the Service belong to Babelsoft Oy or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

7. Submission of content

By submitting any content, including but not limited to text, images, audio samples, comments, suggestions, feedback or any other materials ("Submitted content") to Wordino or its affiliates, you hereby grant to Wordino a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and create derivate works from the Submitted Content.

You further acknowledge that Wordino may, at its sole discretion, remove or modify any Submitted Content at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations in these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wordino and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective from the date specified. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Version history will be available at wordino.com.
